Maryna Lytvynchuk
Maryna Lytvynchuk serves as the Director of Spatial Planning and Community Development of the International Platform REBUILD UKRAINE SYNERGY. With an impressive blend of public and private sector experience, Maryna has held senior positions such as in the technical supervision group and as the Acting Director General of the Territory and Architecture Planning Department of the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine.
Beyond her professional duties, Maryna is actively involved in volunteer activities and anti-corruption non-government organizations. Her exceptional managerial skills, experience in high-pressure and high-risk environments, and an extraordinary ability to adapt quickly set her apart. Her perseverance, dedication, and strong communication skills, combined with her professional experience, make her an invaluable asset to REBUILD UKRAINE SYNERGY.
Maryna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Classical Private University, a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, and a Master of Energy Management from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.”
