Nadiya Bondarchuk is the Director for Reconstruction and Sustainable Regional Development of the International platform REBUILD UKRAINE SYNERGY. A highly qualified professional, she brings with her a wealth of experience in implementing critical government projects, having worked prominently within the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development.

Nadiya was a vital leader in the implementation of the Decentralization Reform, launched in 2014, a move recognized by the European Parliament as one of the most successful reforms in Ukraine. Within the Ministry, she held substantial roles, including overseeing the Department of Regional Development and Project Management, and later the Department for the Implementation of Priority Regional Development Projects until 2023.

These projects played a crucial role in enhancing local communities by improving their resources, boosting economic and social sustainability, and creating a comfortable environment for residents. Unfortunately, the impact of Russian aggression disrupted numerous projects, leading to the destruction of essential social infrastructure such as schools and hospitals.

Holding a degree from Kalinin State University and a master’s degree in public administration, Nadiya’s educational background underscores her expertise in her field.
